Built for heavy-duty machining, our 3-Axis Vertical CNC Milling Centre enables milling, boring, drilling and tapping with high accuracy, as well as high-precision repeated processing. This machine has coolant through the vertical spindle, and it also offers 24 tool-holders, allowing for complex manufacturing, providing solutions for the most demanding applications.

Our 4-Axis Live Tool CNC Turning Centre has a turning diameter of 255mm, and turning length of 530mm. The largest through chuck bore is 65mm in diameter. The VDI live tool enables continuous drilling, tapping and end-milling, reducing setup time. The machine also has a bar puller and parts catcher.

We provide reverse engineering services for clients, reproducing components from an existing product sample to the exact specification required. Reverse engineering is offered to clients when TGC Engineering is responsible for manufacturing the product. As part of this service, we produce engineered drawings complete with specifications for the reverse-engineered product.
LED LIGHTING; HEAT SINKS ; STANDS AND BRACKETS
At TGC Engineering we do machining of extrusions or profiles for the lighting and electronic industries. We are able to maintain an accuracy of 0.1mm on our aluminium cut-off saw, which means that the finished cut to size is of the highest quality, negating the need for further machining.

Another of the specialised services that we offer involves the complete machining of enclosures for electrical, waterproof, temperature control and other similar applications. We offer prototype to production development and refinement of new and existing components and parts that continue into small and large production runs, enabling cost-saving. SAMPLE MODELS; STEP FILES; DRAWINGS
We create the required step files for machining and programming of large and small production runs. Our services allow us to create full CAD drawings (with detailed measurements and labels), as well as the 3D CAD modelling of sample and required parts. Files are exported in Step Files format, PDF format and 3D print format.
